Project Brief

A seven-storied residential building featuring an Urban Green Living concept. The design uses a strong geometric concrete frame with terracotta screen (jali blocks) for shading and privacy, projected balconies with integrated planter boxes, and vertical greenery that enhances thermal comfort.
